AgroExpert is an application that connects customers with agricultural shops in Cameroon and offers farming advice. It is published by AgroExpert (company being incorporated), Cameroon.
To order, you create an account with your full name and phone number. You agree to give accurate information. All your orders and payments are recorded in your name. You are responsible for the use of your account.
Products are sold by the shops, not by AgroExpert. Prices are those shown when you order, promotions included. The shop prepares and delivers the order; delivery time and any delivery fees depend on the shop.
Payment is made outside the application: cash on delivery, Mobile Money (Orange Money, MTN MoMo) or bank transfer, using the shop's details. For Mobile Money or bank payments you enter the transaction ID so the shop can check it. AgroExpert does not hold your money.
Points are earned on delivered and paid orders and can reduce an order, within the limit shown in the app. They have no cash value, expire after a period of inactivity and may be removed in case of cancellation, refund or abuse.
You must not give false information, create several accounts to get benefits, order without intending to pay, or disrupt the service.
Articles, calculations and advice are indicative and do not replace the advice of an agricultural technician. Financial analyses offered to shops are not financial, accounting or tax advice.
AgroExpert works to keep the service running but cannot guarantee it will never be interrupted. Disputes about a product or a delivery are settled first with the shop; AgroExpert may help with mediation.
You can delete your account at any time from the Account tab. Your personal data is erased; past orders are kept without your name for the shops' accounting.
